Virtual Facelift Consultation Guide

What the consultation is for

A virtual consultation is how Dr. Franco decides what your face actually needs before you book a flight. He reviews your photos, listens to what bothers you, and tells you plainly whether a facelift will help, which technique fits, and what it would cost. You get a written plan, and there is no obligation to book.

Photos to prepare

Send three photos from the front, one with your face fully relaxed, and one from each side showing your profile. Use natural light, pull your hair back, and skip makeup and filters. Photos taken at a downward angle hide the very sagging you are trying to show, so hold the camera at eye level.

What to have ready

Bring your age, your medication list, and your history of prior surgery or non-surgical treatments. If you have had Kybella, Ultherapy, or Morpheus8, mention it, because those treatments can leave scarring that changes the approach. Questions to ask

Ask which technique Dr. Franco recommends and why, how long you will stay, what the recovery looks like week by week, and what the written quote includes. Ask about his ReTHUS registration and his 15-plus years of experience if that matters to you. A good surgeon answers these without getting defensive.

What happens next

Dr. Franco reviews your photos and his team sends a written quote within a few days. The quote covers the surgeon's fee, anesthesia, the surgical facility, pre-operative testing, and follow-up care, and it never changes once you approve it.
